Throwing my hat in the ring for Jim Caldwell since it is being reported we are beginning the process to hire a formal OC.  Caldwell is exactly what this team needs - a seasoned offensive coach with prior OC experience and a former QB coach.  If they are intent on "repairing” Wentz Jim would be the perfect guy to do so.  

Hire Jim as OC and Bradley as DC and we’ll get that 3 year downward trajectory pointed in the opposite direction.  

I thought I read somewhere Jim Caldwell stepped away from the Dolphins because of health issues.

Maybe double down on Chargers coaches and poach Pep Hamilton to be the OC if we're going after Gus Bradley?? Their actual OC Shane Steichen is fairly young and only has 1 year of playcalling, which was so-so overall, so maybe not as good a choice as Hamilton. Anthony Lynn is probably best as a RB coach.
