ibleedgreen1990
Wentz is gone and we have to focus on the future. Hopefully the players dont have a rebuild mentality and still play with some tenacity. If thats the case I think we can be competitive in our division even next year (it stinks). If you saw the post, Fulgham and Reagor said they are not worried about the offense AT ALL. So lets take their word for it and get some playmakers on defense! Trades: Zach Ertz to the Seahawks for a 4th Derek Barnett to the Jets for a 4th Cuts: Alshon Jeffery Malik Jackson Restructure: Fletcher Cox Brandin Graham Lane Johnson Retire: Jason Kelce Re-Sign: Alex Singleton - LB Cameron Johnston - P Boston Scott - RB Greg Ward - WR Jordan Howard - RB Position Changes: Isaac Seumalu moves to C to compete to start Genard Avery to LB Free Agency: Malik Hooker - S Jacoby Brissett - QB Mo Alie-Cox - TE Nick Martin - C Draft: I could see a trade back with either the Pats or even the Vikings if they want to groom someone behind Captain Kirk (you like that?!). We pick up an extra second and fourth this year and a future pick. 1. Micah Parsons - OLB - Yep first time in however many years. I can hear it now lmao. He is a top talent in the draft, we gotta go BPA 2. Jaycee Horn/Asante Samuel Jr - CB - Would love either of them. Prefer Horn myself 2. Ifeati Melifonwu - CB - Get some studs at CB that hopefully make Slay tradeable 3. Tylan Wallace - WR - People might not like waiting this long but we hired a supposed wr guru and already invested a ton at the position. Wallace is a beast. 3. Ar'Darius Washington - S - Stud at safety and will take over for McCloud when we move on 4. Baron Browning - ILB - Good tackler and LB Depth 4. Zion Johnson - G - Competes at guard/Depth 5. Josh Kaindoh - DE - This dude is Sweat 2.0, been wanting him since my early mocks 5. Mustafa Johnson - DT - Depth at DT and competes for snaps 6. Michael Menet - C - Competes to start at Center 7. Josh Pederson - TE - lololol Yeah, I just did that Depth Chart: QB: Hurts, Brissett RB: Sanders, Howard, Scott, Holyfield WR: Fulgham, Reagor, Ward, Wallace, Hightower, Watkins, Arcega-Poopside TE: Goedert, Allie-Cox, Butler, Pederson LT: Mailata, Dillard LG: Johnson, Opeta, Seumalo C Seumalo, Menet, Martin RG: Brooks, Herbig, Seumalo RT, Johnson, Pryor RE: Sweat, Ostman DT: Cox, Williams DT2: Hargrave, Johnson LE: Graham, Kaindoh LOLB: Parsons, Avery MLB: Browning, Edwards ROLB: Singleton, Taylor CB1: Slay, Melifonwu CB2: Horn/Samuel, Melifonwu SlotCB: Maddox, Melifonwu SS: Washington, Wallace FS: Hooker, McCloud ST: Elliot, Johnston
Ray75
Well, it’s indeed a defense heavy draft. Even if they do trade down, I still can’t see them going LB with their first but Parsons likely will be BPA in that area. Horn will not make it out of the top 20. Let alone out of the first round entirely. With an offensive minded HC in place, I’d be stunned if we go this D heavy in the draft but it would nonetheless improve the unit really well.
Rob331
The value chart has #6 getting better value than that.
