I will go boer the over. I'm a Hurts believer even though I think he does have a limited ceiling and his fumbles are a concern. He seems like a guy with great leadership skills which is what you want at QB who is devoted to putting in all the work to be the best he can be. I think he and the rest of this team go through growing pains but by seasons end there is little doubt left that this is his team going forward.
