They're in worse cap hell than we are except now they have absolutely no one at QB. The few times Hill started, he got figured out pretty quickly as I recall. Pretty sure his grandfather wasn't a fan of forced patriotism. Brees is just another dumb good 'ol boy from Texas who can throw an oblong ball well.
