Such as referring to the group as "class, folks or gang” and not using terms like boys and girls. Cause you know - why not treat gender as something that is wrong

My concern with this stuff is that the debate over it simply isn't allowed. I don't mind opposing views being brought into schools, that's exactly what school is for. Debate both sides of the topic and allow kids to decide for themselves. The problem is that any student or parent who challenges this stuff will be completely villainized. I know people on our school committee who are furious that this curriculum is being pushed but they are terrified to say or do anything about it. Presenting things like critical race theory and the 1619 project as fact is completely disingenuous.

March 25, 20214 yr You might as well say time to end murder. Identity politics will only grow stronger as each identity battles for power. It's basically a prisoner's dilemma, and the prisoners -- in this case identity groups -- will absolutely fail.
