If they treated all people equally, then these situations would play out equally. But Police go into the situation differently as soon as they see a POC, that is racially motivated. Courts have come down both ways on this, but I wouldn't be shocked if the ruling is reversed on appeal. Either way it will be stayed pending appeal, meaning by the time the Circuit Court rules, the program will have been exhausted. So the ruling is pretty meaningless. Now back to your pointless arguing.
