February 15, 20223 yr Baked chicken tonight (I feel like I haven't used my over in months) Made a really nice honey cinnamon sauce and poured it over the chicken about 15 minutes before it was finished. Came out delicious, a bit sweet and nice and crispy.

Throw in some fresh cilantro on top when it comes out and serve with rice or bulgur.

Bake about 30 minutes at 375. While that's cooking, melt a quarter cup of butter in a small pot. Add a half cup honey, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of cinnamon. After the 30 minutes, drizzle the honey mixture over the chicken and put back in over for 15 minutes. Done.
