That stand up was absolutely fantastic.

I love the media rant also. " You think I got 3 guns in my house cause the media outside " " Oh s***, Mike Wallace, run "

Seems like both just yesterday and so long ago that he was doing these bits. I don't think Chris Rock could survive the mob in the world of "cancel culture." Probably why he's been laying low for so long.

He was great in season 4 of Fargo

Pretty sure he has said as much. He also went through a divorce I believe, which kept him off the road.

Lots of comedians have made clear they can't play colleges anymore, and not just "edgy" guys. Seinfeld won't do it anymore. Chappelle is really the only IDGAF guy still going forward.

Yeah, and that's probably the best route for him to go, acting and cameos. In terms of stand-up, though, I don't think he could truly be himself and would feel fake.

Millennial losers have killed stand-up comedy. Respect to Chappelle, Maher, etc. -- the few who just keep doing it despite the backlash. Could you imagine Eddie doing Delirious or Raw now? Or Rock doing some of his late 90s shows?

Fwiw, he just released and then recut a 1hr special twice on Netflix. It's not bad, but not as good as his earlier specials.

Yeah, when two elected officials come right out and openly admit they won't vote for a white person solely because of the color of his/her skin, it is an example of anti-white bigotry. Sorry. Does that mean all white folks in the country are "persecuted." No. And no one claimed they were.

Don't worry Kz. I'll hire you to cut my grass and clean my cars even though you are white.

Nice. I'll have to dial it up.

He doesn't look qualified for that work.

There's still tons of great stand up out there. Regan, Gaffigan, Maniscalco, Quinn, Sykes, etc.

Maybe you mean they killed edgy or racy stand up, but even then there's Jeffries, Burr, Segura, Burress, etc

I agree that the advent of the cellphone camera and social media has significantly stifled expression and it's much more difficult now as a comedian who works blue but still looking to expand beyond clubs and theatres. But if you're funny and smart, you can get away with saying controversial things because it's all about framing and delivery. If you're not as talented, it's true that now it's more of a minefield, but the good ones make it look effortless.

It's ok. I'm a generous guy and like to help out the downtrodden white people that are constantly being discriminated against in this country.

It proves something about those 2 people. That's all.

Every race can be bigoted and often against their own race as well.

Nah, there's definitely a reason they felt comfortable saying it, and face no real backlash beyond right wing social media. It's a very popular sentiment among modern dems.

Pipe down Seamus McFatty.

I thought the Irish could handle their alcohol, but somehow 2 White Claws gets a 386 pound leprechaun wasted.

Seriously? We are messy as hell when we drink. We love everyone then we want to fight everyone and then we love them again and sometimes break out into songs and limericks until we pass out

Second of all, I ❤️ you

Tangle? I’m not Blobeph and Momeph, so I won’t be treating your cornhole like Deshaun Watson likes it. Tangle...so ghey.

Bring it on tons of fun. I will bash your fat face in with a sitar, then pour a slurpee down your pants and unleash flesh eating ants to follow the sugar high.
