In this modern american society, it's all about who you can blame for your problems.  Problems that have been created from irresponsibility or lack of accountability....laziness, entitlement and lack of work ethic.

Politicians and media make any and all issues into "moral" issues....and because we are a very social country, dissent becomes far costlier than assent to a "perceived" majority.  So that's why certain problems sound like they're being addressed, but little is changing....in fact, we are probably slipping backwards.

Overreaction, blame, labeling, boycotts are not fixing anything.  Addressing one facet of a problem while ignoring other facets is not fixing anything.  But here we are......thinking that blame, assumption of guilt and revenge are going to fix major problems.

We all sit here arguing over the "issues" when nobody really wants to address the issues, just win the argument.  LMAO
