The latest Fox News survey finds 47% of voters approve of the job SCOTUS is doing, a 9-point jump since last July, when a record low 38% approved.

The increase in approval is widespread, but especially among independents (up 16 points), women (+15), Republicans (+14), and voters under age 30 (+12).

Putting this one here as it pertains to the federal courts

So Lindsey Halligan's appointment was ruled to be invalid/unlawful over a month ago and yet she is still acting in the role. Yesterday, a federal judge ordered her to explain what is going on and gave her a week to respond. In the meantime, anything with her name on it is subject to dismissal in the same vein as the way the Comey and James trials ended.

In other words, here we go with the WH ignoring the federal courts, again.
