They don’t have a clue No I mean Petri dish in the scientific sense. There’s a huge issue with black mold in the barracks at multiple installations that isn’t being dealt with. There was a general on a panel that said that the mold is a discipline problem from not turning on fans while showering. Normally, I can see how junior enlisted Schmuckatelli would be to blame, but the mold is everywhere. On base housing is just flat out terrible and it isn’t the Joes’ fault. And then you add in that units are getting rotated now more than during GWOT, and the garrison leadership is giving the late 70s a run for it’s money and you get a recipe for dog ish retention.
