Florida considers allowing volunteer chaplains in public schools

https://www.actionnewsjax.com/news/florida/florida-considers/QK7VQWIO6NED3B4C5LHSW4U2VI/

Quote

"I view this as an alternative to mental health counselors. I see this is an alternative for families,” said the bill’s sponsor, Republican Sen. Erin Grall. She dismissed the argument that chaplains could give students bad advice. "What happens when our children receive the wrong advice from a mental health counselor?”

What happens when your children receive wrong advice from a priest? One who is probably not well trained in mental health counseling?

Measles outbreak in Florida school. FL Health Department says kids were exposed, but they can all go back to school.

Measles is most transmissible pathogen on earth, but apparently not in Florida if you ask the surgeon general. Maybe he thinks all the bath salts induce more immunity than the MMR vaccine.

Have you come to grips with Prohibition yet, after 91 years?  Or are you still crying into your pillow at night, over it?
