5 dead. All killed by bow and arrow. Pics in tabloids today. Looks like a right wing knuckle dragging extremist.

And you'd be dead wrong, which I know you're used to.

Bow and arrows are the least of Sweden's growing crime problems.

"In 2018, Swedish Television investigative journalism show Uppdrag Granskning analysed the total of 843 district court cases from the five preceding years and found that 58% of all convicted of rape and attempted rape had a foreign background (Southern Africans, Northern Africans, Arabs, Middle Easterns, and Afghans) and 40% were immigrants born in the Middle East and Africa, with young men from Afghanistan numbering 45 stood out as being the next most common country of birth after Sweden. When only analysing rape assault (Swedish: överfallsvåldtäkt) cases, that is cases where perpetrator and victim were not previously acquainted, 97 out of 129 were born outside Europe. The Mission Investigation programme, broadcast by SVT, said that the total number of offenders over five years was 843. Of those, 197 were from the Middle East and North Africa, with 45 coming from Afghanistan, and 134 from Southern Africa. "We are very clear in the programme that it is a small percentage of the people coming from abroad who are convicted of rape," chief editor Ulf Johansson told the BBC News. Former policeman Mustafa Panshiri, who was born in Afghanistan, said that Afghan immigrants bring with them attitudes towards women and sexuality which collide with Swedish values concerning equality.] Swedish Television's investigating journalists found that in cases where the victims didn't know the attackers, the proportion of foreign-born sex offenders was more than 80%.

In 2021, a study found that of 3039 offenders aged 15-60 convicted of raping over 18 years of age in the 2000-15 period, 59.2% had an immigrant background and 47.7% were born outside Sweden."

The Norwegian police (this dude was in Norway not Sweden) have backtracked on the Islam thing.

Sweden does indeed have some real issues with the immigrant neighborhoods.  Lots of gang related violence going on.  Pretty much all of it is bad guy on bad guy and 90% in the hoods but there have been a few isolated incidents of innocent bystanders getting shot and what not.

Cruz plead guilty to the Stoneman Douglas massacre:

His attorneys are banking that his guilty plea will result in a life sentence rather than the death penalty.

I thought the death penalty could only come from a jury after a trial conviction, and with a guilty plea, there’s no trial.

There will be no trial, but sentencing also takes place in front of a jury. To invoke death penalty, the jury must be unanimous and the judge will make the final judgment.

Gotcha. I thought with no trial, the judge automatically set the sentence.

In Florida? Who the hell knows.

They have the "his toe was on my property and I was afraid" = righteous kill, laws.

Just when you thought Rittenhouse's night couldn't get any better, it turns out that the third guy who he shot beat up his grandma. So it was 3 for 3 on ishlibs who were also violent scumbags. The first guy who attacked him was a literal child rapist, the second who attacked him (skateboard guy) was a woman abuser and the last guy beat up his grandma. Crazy.

So apparently that Gage dude is replying to this thread on twitter. He's getting it pretty bad right now.

Horrifying video from yet another school shooting today:

3 dead, six wounded at a school 30 miles north of Detroit.

The death sentence is sooo inhumane. 😒

Yes

I couldn't fully make out what was being said in the video, but I read another tweet that said the shooter was pretending to be a police officer, so the "bro" was a pretty big tell.

Ah, that makes sense.

A concerned parent, Robin Redding, said her son, Treshan Bryant, is a 12th grader at the school but stayed home on Tuesday. She said he had heard threats that there could be a shooting.

"This couldn't be just random," she said.

Redding didn't provide specifics about what her son had heard, but she expressed concern with school safety in general.

"Kids just, like they're just mad at each other at this school," she said.

Bryant said he texted several younger cousins in the morning and they said they didn't want to go to school, and he got a bad feeling. He asked his mom if he could do his assignments online.

Bryant said he had heard vague threats "for a long time now" about plans for a shooting at the school.

"You're not supposed to play about that," he said of the threats. "This is real life."

School administrators posted two letters to parents on the school's website this month, saying they were responding to rumors of a threat against the school following a bizarre vandalism incident.

According to a Nov. 4 letter written by Principal Steve Wolf, someone threw a deer head into a courtyard from the school's roof, painted several windows on the roof with red acrylic paint and used the same paint on concrete near the school building.

Without specifically referencing that incident, a second post on Nov. 12 assured "there has been no threat to our building nor our students."

"We are aware of the numerous rumors that have been circulating throughout our building this week. We understand that has created some concern for students and parents," the administrators wrote. "Please know that we have reviewed every concern shared with us and investigated all information provided. Some rumors have evolved from an incident last week, while others do not appear to have any connection. Student interpretations of social media posts and false information have exacerbated the overall concern."

McCabe said the incident with the deer head was "absolutely unrelated" to Tuesday's shooting.

"That was a different incident, different student," he said.

What the hell is going on at this school?

The 15-year-old Oxford High School sophomore accused of fatally shooting three classmates and injuring at least eight other people used a handgun his dad purchased four days earlier on Black Friday, Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard said late Tuesday evening.

The weapon used was a 9mm Sig Sauer SP 2022 pistol, Bouchard said. The suspect had at least two, 15-round magazines, including one with seven remaining rounds when authorities apprehended the suspect.

"When they took it from him, he had a loaded firearm. He was coming down the hall. That again, I believe, interrupted what potentially could have been seven more victims," Bouchard said.

Someone posted photos of the gun allegedly used at Oxford High School and targets on social media in the days leading up the Tuesday's shooting. Bouchard confirmed the suspect appeared to make an online post with an image of the gun used, but the sheriff repeatedly stressed his office was not aware of any credible threats of violence ahead of the shooting.

"It's my understanding, again, that this was a recent weapon purchase, that he had been shooting with it. And they posted pictures of (a) target and the weapon," Bouchard said.

There are rumors that there were some social media posts implying something like this was being planned, like a countdown or something. The mom of one of the kids that goes to the school said her kid asked to stay home because he heard yesterday was the day being talked about on social media.

There was a vandalism incident earlier involving a deer head and graffiti.  A different student was identified as culprit.

Not sure why Race would have anything to do with this?   I dont think we know anything about the shooter yet, outside of he is 15 in custody and had his dads 9MM pistol with 15 rd mags.
