My turn signal blinkers are programmable! I have it where a subtle push in either direction blinks 3 times!

So they turn on after you've started turning.  Yup definitely an authentic BMW.

My Chevy truck does that - and I didn't even have to program it!

2) Cleaning the beach condo since our renters are checking out by 11 and new ones are coming in at 3

too true. most people aren't aware of this easy fix/maintenance. my blinker fluid level display is actually located on my right break light assembly. sucks that the automakers have a universal requirement in that the vehicle has to be in motion in order to correctly display level but though a pain, this is a very important safety check.

Need to find experts that can do that. May cost you money. But still hope you can get it fixed.

So Saturday my oldest and I went on a 42 mile bike ride. Then Sunday my new grandson came over with his parents for dinner

Thanks, I'm already looking at fishing rods and bb guns. I have two beautiful grand daughters but this is my first grand son. I can't wait for him to get a bit older.

True story. My MIL is here for the weekend, and the guest shower has had a few issues recently with leakage.  So I’m going to spend this morning filling all of her holes with my caulk.

before heading into office this morning noticed skim of water leaking from water heater closet to side garage door. expansion tank has heavy condensation. great.
but, not my problem (in the long run) this is why i will never own and always rent. on the flipside, may end up heading out to one of our scale operator's home to gauge whether i can save her $250 to install an AC window until on the second floor. 90+LBS of joy going either an exterior stair case or narrow, steep pitched, unlit interior stair case.

Somebody please reassure me that this is not what I think it is.  This beast has been living in one of our plants on the back porch.

yes, that wasp killer just splooged all over  your fern, q***r.

I read somewhere that there are some really big hornets this year that are pretty harmless. Not the "murder hornets".

We had 1 dead on our deck about 2 months ago that even had orange on its face like the japanese giant hornets do too. It looked really close and was huge. But wasnt exactly the same.

Yeah I took a closer look at its head and it’s not as big and not totally orange. Its eyes sure look the part.
