Its been proven many times that African Americans score significantly lower on IQ tests then whites, asians, Europeans... The reason is often directed at poverty and upbringing. Whatever the reason might be, doesn't change the fact that every nfl player, regardless of race, likely does or will suffer from CTE. With that, there should be no compensatory difference based off of color OR pre determined cognitive status. CTE is CTE. All players should be treated the same.
