With J.J. Arcega-Whiteside sitting on the roster bubble entering his third NFL season, the Eagles wide receiver returned to the place that made him a second-round pick.

During a recent sitdown with the media, the embattled wideout says he hit the reset button and returned to Stanford during the offseason, returning to his pre-NFL training regimen.

Arcega-Whiteside has 14 catches over his first two seasons, while players like DK Metcalf, Terry McLaurin, and others have flourished in prominent roles around the league.

If Nick Sirianni can get Arcega-Whiteside back to being a red zone monster and impact player out of the slot, there could be a redemption story brewing at the NovaCare Complex.
