Backups getting beat on this drive

It is interesting to not see the Dline rotating. That was actually one of the things I liked about Schwartz defense

TD Pitt.

Id rather play the guy that gives us the best chance to win. If it's Hurts it's Hurts but nothing wrong with a competition.

We aren't winning the super bowl this year with either of them. By not playing Hurts you give us less of a chance to win in the future.

Preseason or not, backups or not that was really bad.

All of the optimists in this thread must be watching a different game than I am.

I feel like my dream of winning the preseason bowl is being shattered.

He looked more poise with backups than Hurts did with starters

He’s uhh, 36 years old. He’s won a Super Bowl, been around forever. Jalen Hurts is a second year QB, who has started four career games, and is playing his first game in an offense he’s never played in before. Joe Flacco being "more poised” right now, is hardly surprising or significant.

Their third stringers are better than ours

If you let Haskins beat you, you don't deserve to be in the NFL.

Didn’t he literally beat us before? Can’t remember

That guy beat us last year 😳

It was sarcasm for the overreactions in preseason but carry on lol

Another lesson learned from tonight. Every starter better stay healthy. We have zero depth.

The only positives tonight is Watkins and Elliot.

That’s nothing. I’ve been dealing with people all week overreacting to NBA summer league.

Haskins is the Eagle killer

Yup.  It’s been pretty ugly since about mid second quarter.

27 pass attempts, 8 rush attempts. Some things never change

Lol at the some more old school than others line

Pretty awesome considering how many RBs we have.

True, but this is the preseason. There’s no game plan.

Let’s not carry this over into the regular season, this is my concern
