Essentially they were unable to prove their Constitutional rights were violated. It's a sign the Supreme Court is unlikely to hear cases regarding vaccine mandates. So if you're a healthcare worker in Maine, get vaccinated or go work somewhere else.

People who do not study and learn the Constitution continually have issues comprehending what rights are and what they cover. They think in huge numbers, Twitter kicking you off for violating their TOS = an affront to your freedom of speech. The seem to think they have unlimited free speech anywhere they are American. And yes, only those good old vaccines, with cow pus, or live virus from monkeys. None of that whoop-te-doo RNA stuff. NO sireee.
