Yup.  With the exception of Joe Flacco (drunkenly wished him luck in Denver as he waited for is Uber)  and Val Venis (story above), I always leave them alone

I generally do too, but with Slash and Rick Nielsen (opened for Slash and toured with Rick), I had to do it.  I would've kicked myself if I didn't get a photo for the wall.

Condo building.  All of our units were indoors

 

Back in 2010 and 2011 I worked in DC and flew every week on the same flight between DIA and DCA.  DCA is a small airport and has limited flights in and out, so I would often have the same flight attendant crews every week.  I would get upgraded often so this means I had the same flight attendant every week throwing me free drinks.

Anyway one week, I didn't get my upgrade.  It was a 757 so when we were boarding it wasn't through the very front rather you get on and go left to go in first or right to go to economy. The flight attendant who I had up in first every week said "where are you going?" and I just smiled and told he no upgrade this week.  

So we take off and I'm sitting in an exit row window seat with some kid in his 20s in the middle and a Senator (I forget who, sorry, but on these flights to DC I often saw congressmen\women on my flight) sitting in the aisle seat.  Once the plane levels out, the first class flight attend comes back and gives me my normal drink.  A little later she comes back again.  And again.  On her fourth trip back she asks my seatmates if they wanted anything and the kid ordered a beer. The kid turns to the senator and says "We must be sitting next to some big shot" (paraphrased).

So I tap him on the shoulder and said "I'm just some schmuck that takes this flight every week, that's Senator [I forget]"
