It’s almost a prerequisite to think the worst as an Eagles fan but the Atlanta offense was so bad. I wouldn’t get too excited about the D. Hope I’m wrong.

At some point you gotta point fingers at Carson.  His athleticism to escape as a rookie was legendary.  Knee injuries took it away from him.

Yup - he has chronic injuries, but also like Ben Simmons, he isn’t humble and won’t work to improve his skills. Hurts will do that.

It's still good to see them adjust and shut it down the rest of the game. It's a good confidence booster going forward.

The reason Ben and Wentz don't try to get better is their talent took them pretty far without much effort. But when they got into the big boy leagues, that was no longer true. What did they do about it? Bury their heads in the sand and try to wish reality away. They went into denial so deep, they can never get out. All they need is humility and willingness to turn it around, and they REFUSE both. So.... F 'em!!

True. 10 years ago though, a concussion was NBD. Rodney the actual starter should be back next week and Epps is kind of a JAG.
