He was a customs and border patrol agent from NJ. Not a FBI agent investigating... anything. He was there on his own. 

Probably one of those guys in the glass cubes that checks your passport when you fly in from out of the country. 

But yeah, let's keep sharing Posobiec who has a long track record of failed fact checks.
