The Philadelphia Eagles issued their first official injury report on Thursday in advance of their Week 3 Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Four players DID NOT PARTICIPATE in practice: Fletcher Cox, Jason Kelce, Hassan Ridgeway, and Davion Taylor.

Cox and Kelce each received a veteran rest day. Hopefully the "foot” issue listed next to Kelce doesn’t turn out to be too serious.

Ridgeway could be back on Thursday assuming his illness isn’t COVID-19 related.

Taylor seems to be in jeopardy of missing this week’s game after re-aggravating the calf injury he’s been dealing with since training camp.

Three players were LIMITED PARTICIPANTS: Miles Sanders, Rodney McLeod, and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside.

Curious to see Sanders limited with a chest injury. He didn’t noticeably get hurt in Week 2. Guessing the Eagles are playing it cautious with him.

McLeod still being limited in practice doesn’t necessarily bode well for this being the week he’s going to return. It could be K’Von Wallace starting at safety in Dallas.

JJAW is battling through an ankle injury. Guessing he’ll play.

Zach Ertz isn’t listed on the injury report since he’s not on the 53-man roster but he missed practice due to being on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Time is ticking on his ability to return to the team in time Monday’s game after testing positive for the coronavirus.

Landon Dickerson took first team right guard reps with Nick Sirianni confirming he’ll start in place of Brandon Brooks. Lane Johnson, who is tight with Brooks, said the veteran guard is expected to miss about eight weeks while on injured reserve.

DALLAS COWBOYS INJURY REPORT (THURSDAY)

The Cowboys are dealing with defensive line issues. Top pass rusher DeMarcus Lawrence is out after going on injured reserve. Mike McCarthy already ruled out backup defensive ends Dorance Armstrong and Carlos Watkins this week, which means Micah Parsons will likely be lining up as a pass rusher again. In some good news for the Cowboys, Randy Gregory is back from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

In bad news for the Cowboys, safety-turned-linebacker Keanu Neal is on the reserve/COVID-19 list. There’s a chance he can return before Monday’s game but that’s not a given.

Starting safety Donovan Wilson is in jeopardy of missing this game after failing to practice on Thursday.

Amari Cooper will likely be able to play despite being limited.

DE Dorance Armstrong (ankle)
OT Ty Nsekhe (illness)
S Donovan Wilson (groin)

Mailata has a sprained MCL, so now we get to watch that scaredy cat Mr. Softee from the PAC-12 play LT. Hurts may not survive.
