I would hope that this isn't the only thing that would get him fired. That's more of a personal issue for him and his wife to deal with, though I can see that it would also be embarrassing to the team. So yes the dancing with another woman is a personal matter but his decision not to travel back with the team? The decision to not travel back and study the film the next day?
