Yep. I can see Howie packaging multiple picks for a QB in a weak draft and we will put that QB in a position to fail because the rest of the team would be terrible, especially the defense. So, that kid will have to throw it 40 times a game because the team will be trailing in games a majority of the time.

I know Sirianni hasn't been great. I know this. 

But I also understand his play calling is hampered by his idiot QB and the pass happy owner. 

I also understand that he has schemed RPOs that Hurts takes and insists on throwing. I also understand that he has been scheming guys WIDE OPEN that Hurts continually misses.

As bad as all that is, four fewer penalties per game could make a huge difference.

Why is it that the fans genuinely can see glaring strategical issues when the coaches can’t more often than not? I mean, we really are playing madden style football, and have just abandoned using the running game in any meaningful way. I’m really struggling to watch this team play without being constantly pissed off at watching a sub par qb throw the ball a ludicrous amount per game.
