GDT: Philadelphia Eagles @ Carolina Panthers, 10-10-21, 1PM EST

Gainwell might be starting next week over Sanders. If Howard is activated over him that would be telling. But I don’t think Sirianni has the guts to make a move like that.

Hey Admin. Slow this guy down so actual fans can discuss football.

tattle tale, little girl, you lose, hurts is so bad, I win, win, win, win, win

Let’s see how he addresses it in the post mortum presser. I honestly don’t think it’ll change his mind as I don’t think it’s all on him. Some of it is Hurts with his RPO decisions, but it’s definitely an issue and they need to run more.

Maybe Thursday we can have a game where all three units play good?

Or an OL that is *shocker* un-changed?

One can dream, right?

I'd take Lane back.

Even Pederson would see the error of his ways.

Damn came In here to celebrate with you guys but way too much negphilia in this place.  Even after a win.

Maybe start Gainwell but Sanders is to much of a big play threat to sit him a whole game. Going to need all the offense we can get against Brady this week.

It’s Philly. What do you expect? Lol

Mass shooter waiting to happen.

Yeah, but still. Eventually we need some consistency..

This win doesn't change the fact Hurts isn't the answer. He won't be here long. Her did not play well at all. The defense gets 3 picks and the ST gets a blocked punt and we win by 3.......... All your juvenile insults doesn't change that.

On the road against one of the best defenses in the league.

Team win.  D came up big.  Huge special teams play and Hurts and the offense made the plays needed in the second half to  win the game.  They needed this game.  Young team grew today and they got the win.,

My opinion hasn't changed.  It is too early to say that Hurts can't be the guy. The focus needs to  be on better coaching, smarter football, better execution, and using next off season to get more talent on the team.

He is. That’s why I don’t get why he’s not being used. It seems he fixed the fumbling issues and he’s always a threat to take it to the house. If they get rid of him he’ll me a pro bowl back somewhere else I fear.

Eagles won. Dallass sucks.

Great. Just prolonging the inevitable. They're going to be the franchise that keeps trying to kid themselves they have a franchise quarterback year after year. When he actually sucks

What is a "franchise" QB?

Hurts is a QB who only cost a 2nd round pick to get.  Hurts is a QB who gets paid maybe a million a year.  Getting Hurts allowed the Eagles to get either a 1st or 2nd for Wentz,  and they ditched Wentz's 30 Million salary.

There is no such thing as a franchise QB.

Hurts put the team on his back against a good defense and won. The Hurts haters can make excuses.😂

I mean I don't think it's about that. It's all about balance. Hurts was legit awful today. He struggled all day long and there is no getting away from that. But he stuck in there and in the end he was clutch. He, and this offense (let's not ignore that), came up big at the end.

Earlier in the season the Eagles lost to San Francisco in a close game because the offense couldn't get the points in the 4th quarter and win it.  They just did that today on the road against one of the best defenses in the league.  Just a little perspective on progression this season.

I‘m as big a fan of Hurts as you can find, but despite coming up with the win he can and will play better than this.

It's always 50/50 you're either right or wrong and it's always easy to say he sucks when theyre struggling at times, hes a rookie on a rebuilding team with a rookie HC, on a team already missing key players with injuries. Peyton, along with other well known greats sucked as rooks.

But what do i know... 🤷‍♂️

What i see is determination and heart from Jalen. He's going to get better.

Nothing less.  But when the team has looked so bad in so many area(s) the two previous weeks a win on the road against a top defense is something to be happy about.

the defense played much better and the offense struggled against a top defense but came through when it counted.  special teams continues to impress

Who knows maybe next week all 3 phases can put it together in the same game and maybe we run the ball more next week

im actually excited for next week for the 1st time this week and not Gunna let the blog bring me down. Lol

Maybe he learned some lessons today. Stop staring down receivers, get more accurate, make faster decisions.  He should pay close attention to noodle arm Brady to see how he plays on Thrusday.

All my friends are Panthers fans and they are all raving about what Hurts just did. He made his moment.
