They also have energized the dems with their bold "no abortion for anyone ever” platform. I doubt this moves the needle much. They had an open net and blew it. TL;DR in the early 2000s a bunch of libertarians from around the US formed a plan to all move to one town, take over the local government and remove as many regulations as possible. The town (Grafton NH) turned into a complete crap-hole to the point where bears were regularly roaming the streets and even attacked people.

Roads were privatized and in disrepair. Trash pick up was privatized. No one recycled since that costs twice as much. The water wasn’t safe to drink since there were no regulations for companies dumping waste into the water supply. The public school system was a joke so anyone who could afford it sent their kids to private school.

Insane anarchists aside, if the state is making it illegal to kill the bears, I’m not sure how that’s their failing. The simple, easy, anarcho-libertarian solution is to just shoot them on sight.

They let the town get so overrun by garbage that black bears overran the town and became aggressive, which isn't something black bears usually do. So it's a teensy bit their failing. There was also a bunch of other negative crap that happened to the town. The bear part is just the funniest.
October 13, 20222 yr Author I just saw a news report about the newly formed Keystone Party. What caught my attention was that I recognized many of the members from the LPPA, which included two past LPPA and their executive director. I’m still registered as a libertarian but haven’t been a paying member for a year or so. https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/pittsburgh/news/pennsylvania-keystone-party-candidates-governor-senator/
