A handful of years ago I would have to drive past a Little Caesars on my way to work.  One day there was a young kid standing alongside the road in front of the store holding a similar sign as above and basically doing something similar, rocking out playing guitar with the sign.  Though he would get more into it than this, with more than a headbanger's bob.  A few days later when I passed by again they had cut the sign into a guitar shape for him and he was out there just letting loose.  They saw his potential and gifted him with the proper tools to make use of it.  

 

If someone can explain to me what the hell is going on here I'd appreciate that
