I don't know that it will actually happen, and I really hope that everything wasn't automatically deleted once the end came. But my final post was:

My hope is that if we delete all members, that will satisfy their requirements (which was told to us was a requirement). I can't think of any other legal type issues that they might have, other than logos and such. But those would be easy to address, if need be.
