I hadnt seen any of these details until now but it would explain CNN's rush to not rush judgement. 

Originally I thought it might have been due to the pending Rittenhouse lawsuit.

So they have one in custody only a matter of time before they get all involved.   
 

When you have that many people involved and willing to die it really makes it scarier than a lone wolf
