Sam Howell, North Carolina — BLUE CHIP SCOUTING I know we have Gardner Minshew, but Minshew's contract is only through next year, 2022. Could we extend him? Sure. I know we have a roster full of needs, but I think this guy is the real deal. Does this mean I don't like Jalen Hurts? Maybe. Sam Howell could be the next coming of Bobby Hoying or Kevin Kolb.
