First of all, the Bills winning keeps them ahead of the Colts in the AFC standings. Secondly, a Saints loss would put the Eagles in position to pass them in the wild card standings. Even with Winston they were frauds. Payton is Payton and he coaxed some wins out of them but a pure backup like Siemian gets exposed eventually, especially without any major weapons.
