time2rock Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 NFC playoff picture: Eagles have a manageable path to the final Glenn Erby November 23, 2021 7:44 am ET The Eagles are on the way up and flourishing heading into Week 12. After searching for an identity early on in the season, Nick Sirianni’s Birds are taking the "nasty approach” to getting wins these days. Entering Week 12, Philadelphia sits in a prime position to make a late run to the postseason. The mentally tough Arizona Cardinals are now the No. 1 overall seed in the conference after a win over the Seahawks on Sunday. Philadelphia currently sits in second place in the NFC East and just a game out of the seventh and final playoff spot. The 5-6 Eagles will have winnable matchups upcoming against both New York teams (Giants-Jets), along with two division matchups against Washington, a home matchup against the Giants, before closing with Dallas. time2rock Posted November 25, 2021 Author Posted November 25, 2021 It would have been nice had Erby mentioned we have the top tie-breaker (head-to-head) over both Carolina and New Orleans since we beat them both.
matchew88 Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 Since the Saints lost, I believe if the Vikings win and we win, then we are in.
UK_EaglesFan89 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 We still have a long way to go and with 5 division games coming up still I'm trying not to get too far ahead of myself. This team has a great shot now to make the play offs but we saw earlier this year just how bad they can be.
