Posted December 29, 20213 yr Eagles sign RB Kerryon Johnson and OL Luke Juriga to the practice squad Dec 28, 2021 at 05:02 PM Chris McPherson The Eagles made several roster moves involving the practice squad on Tuesday: • Signed RB Kerryon Johnson – A former second-round pick of the Detroit Lions, Johnson spent Training Camp with the Eagles. Johnson spent time earlier this season with the San Francisco 49ers, playing for them in Week 3 on special teams. December 29, 20213 yr Author Initially I was thinking they'd need him due to lack of depth (thinking Sanders and Howard would both be out). But have heard Howard is good to go so we shall see.

They know Johnson can play in the NFL and if required at short notice he'd be a better option than Huntley.
