6’5” / 270 lbs

As Aidan Hutchinson and Kayvon Thibodeaux have drawn all the praise and cemented themselves as top 5 prospects, Thomas has kinda become the forgotten man. In a deep class he’s flying under the radar a bit.

Prior to the 2020 season Thomas played DT making him very versatile, someone you can line up everywhere on the DL.

His burst and athleticism allow him to dominate opposing offensive linemen. Thomas also has excellent hand placement. He can win with speed to power and is very good at changing direction.

He needs to work on his pass rush moves. Not that he doesn’t have any but if he can add a couple more to his repertoire he can become a formidable pass rusher at the next level.

There are some out there who compare the kid to JJ Watt. I’m not there yet but there’s something there nontheless.

Draft projection; late first / early second round
