    This completely baffles me - what is the point/purpose of a functioning toilet in the middle of an open basement?!?  Is there a high level of claustrophobia in P-burgh?  Or is this some sort of old timey, "I worked 40 years in a coal mine/steel mill and then lived through the Great Depression and don't give a sh!t who walks in seeing me sh!t" kinda thing?
