Sign a WR in free agency, cut Reagor and JJAW, draft a WR somewhere in the mid rounds (they have three 5th round picks for example), Hightower is on the practice squad to compete and they can see what other WRs become cap casualties or UDFA pickups.

Veteran, Smith, Goedert, Watkins are your top receiving options, plus some RBs making catches out of the backfield like Gainwell who was utilized more than I expected in the passing game.  Beyond that it's just special teams and depth for injury.
