Exactly what I was going to post, and for those that have signed up for Rakuten using our link for that, if they go to Fanatics via Rakuten and they purchase $30 worth of merchandise, the board will get $30 as a commission AND they will also get $30 cash back. So, spend $30 and get $30 back. Basically, free merchandise.

So essentially, you get $30 worth of Eagles gear, the board gets $30 to pay for board expenses and you get $30 cash back.

Exactly what is a 'qualifying purchase'? That would have to be looked into, to be sure. But on Rakuten, it's showing Fanatics with a 1% cash back (for you), offer. Which is tiny. But it's that initial $30 that would be great.
