Based on how the murder hornet was renamed to curb violence against Asian Americans, as if that was the reason in the first place, I predict that it will become verboten to mention the origin areas of invasive species.  You won't be able to say that kudzu or crabgrass are invasive and native to Africa, or that giant hogweed or stinkbugs or hitchhiker bugs are invasive and native to Asia.  That would imply that Africa and Asia are bad places with bad plants.
