Fayetteville State HBCU prospect invited to Senior Bowl, 6'3'', 197 lbs, track star.  

Senior Highlights

I'm thinking draft one of the top corners with one of the 1st and if Williams perform well  in the senior bowl and/or combine target him in round 3 or 4.
