April 6, 20223 yr Supreme Court rules 5-4 vote that states do not have to follow Clean Water Act. Dissent states applicant failed to make case of irreparable injury. So you don't even need an emergency anymore to get an emergency ruling. Majority fails to make any opinion at all. They ruled to vacate a Clean Water Act rule simply because they can.
