Over\Under on how long before we have the same conversation about a 6' 4", 225 lbs male felon "identifying" as female so he goes to women's prison?

My post wasn’t even about law enforcement - I don’t know how you can enforce that at least on a regular basis. My point was about the very idea that it makes women uncomfortable- and that some trans-activists don’t bother understanding perfectly legitimate objections or why it makes women uncomfortable. Because they don’t have the experience of actually being born female and all that entails growing up. Attempts at minimizing that experience is once again brushing off a woman’s point of view as unimportant.

They’re mentally ill. They’re not thinking with rationality and logic like you’re discussing here.

Jan. 1, 2021 btw so, yeah, already happening

On Jan. 1, the Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act — California Senate Bill 132  took effect. The legislation allows incarcerated transgeder, non-binary and intersex people to request to be housed in a men’s prison or a women’s prison that’s "consistent with their gender identity," according to an explainer on the corrections and rehabilitation department’s website.

How about The Longest Rape

The funny thing is that I've long wondered why feminists don't advocate for the end of division between women and men's sports if women are equal to men in every regard. The truth is, people want segregation in sports, because they generally recognize that equal ability does not fully translate between the sexes on a physical level. So, I found it funny when I read this quote, which is seemingly alluding to the need for a genderless approach to competitive sports:

Quote

If separate is not equal in the case of schools, bathrooms, restaurants or other social institutions, can separate ever truly be equal in the case of sports? Would gender-based discrimination in sports be eradicated if sports were gender-integrated?

Except that shes's reading the situation backwards, because if people, and this includes the vast majority of women, didn't want gender-based discrimination in sports, it would've disappeared a long time ago. There's no need to backdoor its eradication through transgenderism.

Quote

Athletic performance is influenced by a number of factors, including hormones, but also other things like coaching and training, psychological makeup of an athlete, access to resources and equipment, among others.

Interesting that she fails to mention musculoskeletal, cellular, and organic differences.

I know, it's just often a part that is left unsaid. If you had read onward, I pretty much acknowledge exactly what you say here.

The entire point to women's sports is for women to have the same opportunities for collegiate scholarships as men.  Being born a woman should not be punished with unequal opportunities for a top education.  That's the whole point.  The Pro levels are not our business, but our government had every right to step in and throw money at women's collegiate sports to ensure a more even playing field for education opportunities.  Transitioned men playing in women's sports destroys all of that.

It is absolute ignorance and naivety to believe that men will not use this loophole, en masse, to steal college scholarships from natural born women.  We are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars and endless windows of opportunities at stake.  Shame on the left a thousand times for dying on this idiotic hill with so may other important matters at stake.
