February 9, 20223 yr Rated usually provides a good starting point too. There’s a guy that broke the algorithm already and provides the top first word guess if you really wanna spoil the fun and Google it.
February 9, 20223 yr I used "probe" for the three times I played. Seems a lot of the 5 letter words end in E or R. I didn't put a lot of thought into what word I start with though. I'll probably try some of the ones you guys suggested tomorrow.

February 9, 20223 yr I like to use the wheel of fortune RSTLNE approach... RATES is the first word I use. Then I try to work in N and L on the next guesses.

February 9, 20223 yr I use LATER first. If one or no letters come up, then I go to SOUND, and then go to CHIMP if I need to get moving. That knocks out 15 letters, with all 5 vowels, so I can solve it when I'm behind the curve.
