First off you would have to assume that Watson would be willing to come here and waive his NTC something he’s already allegedly refused to do. Then you have to assume the Eagles will outbid other teams and that’s something they haven’t done either. You also have to expect them to redo his contract and that something salary wise they can’t accomplish easily at the moment. In the end if they get him he’s definitely an upgrade, but I still worry about the overall cost, because frankly he’s not enough to get them over the hump.

What did you guys think this would be? There’s literally a bidding war for this guy. You can’t have it both ways. You can’t get the best players for nothing in return. Eh, not like Wentz is a big loss. And if he’s a personality issue like reported, then can’t blame them for just sending him packing regardless of replacement.

Some of us don't care. Need doesn't always require a move. Build the team and use those 3 picks to build the defense even if it means trading back with one since they still need a DT, LB, DE, S, CB, and WR.
