Wrong again. I grew up with McNabb. I had his Jersey. He was my first real QB that was around when I got to the age to really get into football. I even wanted the number 5 on my high school football team. So you are WAY off.  It's only now as an adult and YEARS after he left the team that I realize I don't really like him as a person. I even cheered for Vick who I could not stand as a person. I don't think Carson Is bigger than the Eagles but I realize he is the most important person on the team. I also have a Foles Jersey which I bought long BEFORE the SB.

The Eagles aren’t paying Carson Wentz over 100 million dollars to prove how tough he is, nor are they paying him that kind of money not to finish the season. That’s what you fail to realize. That’s why you’re crying about Clowney and not recognizing that the quarterback needs to make changes. That’s why you’re mad a rookie and still not realizing why the Eagles spend a 2nd round pick on a quarterback. Be delusional and assume everything is fine though.

They are also paying him to make plays and try to win the game. You people always have somthing to complain about.  If Wentz threw that pass away who's to say Clowney doesn't hit him anyway? The impact on the 2021 cap by paying much more to Clowney vs someone like Curry on a 1 year deal is that you now have significantly less leftover 2020 cap to roll over into next year.  But with Howie in charge of the cap I never worry about the cap regardless of current projection.
