April 10, 20223 yr Another thing to consider is the amount of sodium in prepared/prepackaged/fast foods. You eat nothing but that ish for a month and you'll end up with high blood pressure. It's what we do in this country with our food is put too much sodium and sugar in it.

That's onw reason why I make my own sauces, marinades and gravies 90 percent of the time. Most are all corn syrup and have way too much salt.

Also I think foods with out it taste more fresh
