I nuked over some cold rice for 90 seconds for a quick lunch. Chock full of flavor popping out from many directions - and perfect texture and consistency.

April 16, 20223 yr Last food I took a pic of, one of my sons favorite meals (outside a ribeye steak). Lemon Dijon chicken thighs and roasted broccoli. One pan, 45 minutes to make. The kid absolutely loves roasted broccoli.
