I want my kids to get the money right away, is the POD faster? All I have is money, (still a poorer's amount), no real estate or anything, so no probate should be necessary. I just would like it all set up for them in one folder when the time comes.

Yeah, "some" are wrong. So now their will be a new vote in Parliament in some days to reappoint her but this time under a single party govt not including the greens. That is very likely to pass and voila she's back. She will have to rule with the right's budget though. It won't be her budget.
