Agree. It was intentional if nothing else using a can and subsonic ammo that caused him to calmly cycle it. 

If that was his class 3 toy it will be pretty easy for the forensics to trace it back to him. 

 

 

 

 

Sounds like I saw this movie. Someone dies because their insurance wouldn't cover some lifesaving treatment, and a disgruntled loved one kill them.
