About time they did something right, even if it was by accident

Wild crap. Even if making minimum, these guys are making way more than what they're accused of stealing. Wth?

Baker's making a lot more than minimum but this seems to be about gambling debts or egos or both

Quote

Gambling and video games were reportedly part of the party, but trouble started when Baker and another man identified only as "Shy” flipped over a card table, pulled out the firearms and pointed them in the face of another person, according to police. Two days earlier, Baker and Dunbar are alleged to have lost about $70,000 at a different party near Miami.

Just think how lucky they are. A different State, and they could be facing charges for not heeding the Governor's orders on social distancing etc....

As much as I like to S*** all over them, they have been managing a lot beter than the Vinny Cerrato days.  Not to say Bruce has been good, far from it (See: How he handled trent williams, Kirk Cousins, etc), but they have not been in cap trouble in years (the closest they have been was the penality they recieved in 2012 for trying to circumvent the cap in an uncapped year.... which was also Vinny), have not been pissing away draft picks on stupid trades, taking a measured approach in FA and have been stocking up on young talent.

If they get a QB (Even their fans have no faith in Haskins), if Guice stays healthy and\or Gibson surprises and their secondary performs above expectations, they might turn it around sooner than expected.

I guess. I mean you had to preface your praise for them by listing 2 major screw ups.

And does managing the cap matter if you win 3 games in a weak division?

That they arnt in the constant cycle of needing to restructure half a dozen contracts just to field a team.  Big reason their team was 6-10 or worst most years under Vinny.

I guess I need to see a good season or 2 first before I can accept they are not still the same old Redskins.

I felt the same way about the Browns last year, and every year going forward until they actually do something.

These 2 guys lose 70k 2 days ago playing cards, they get invited back and clean up this time around and the other guys don't wanna pay up...

Hmm 🤔

Why Hmmm? pretty cut and dry. Enjoy prison. Hopefully we get back some cap space.

It's pretty shiesty of them other people. It was all good when they were taking money from NFL players but didn't want to pay when it came back around.

I have no sympathy for the 2 NFL guys because stupid is as stupid does but it makes me think hmm on the situation.

I'm sure the other guys were shiesty, but the simple solution to this is not to put yourself in situations like this with shiesty people when you're in the NFL.  Yet it happens constantly.

Show me the law that says if someone doesn't pay a gambling debt to you, you are allowed to pull a gun on them and theaten their lives. Ill wait for you to pull it up on google.

Even if it was a scenario where they won back their money and the guys the played against didn't want to pony up (we have no idea if that is the case), it is against the law to pull a weapon on someone and threaten them for that. Thats why normal, non gangster, non hood rats gamble in a legit casino.

Yeah that why I didn't comment on the second part of your post. The first part made zero sense to me. Someone might have been  being "sheisty" so pull a gun in them? Who cares about the circumstances at that point. Throw away the key

Cody Latimer of Washington arrested for assault. He was on the Giants last year, no?

Not yet. They've got a loooong way to go if they want to catch up to the Dallas Outlaws. Still, I commend their recent efforts. Keep up the hard work there Gunts!!
