I wonder why the administration does not consider it disinformation when hospitalization numbers are inflated in places like the Wash Post or NY times... here in Jersey for example

"Of the 777 hospitalized patients with COVID on Sunday night, only 237 were admitted because they had a principal diagnosis of the coronavirus, said Nancy Kearney, a Health Department spokeswoman. "

Did a right wing twitter pundit basically get this entire thing shut down?

lmfao amazing.

The framing by WaPo is even better. The problem isn’t that Democrats literally tried to setup MiniTru, the problem is that people tweeted about it.

The entire thing was a bad idea whose time in existence lasted far too long.

Epic.

Hey, it lasted longer than CNN+.

It's back.

Only now they replaced the psycho leftist freak lady with a disgusting swamp republican so it's more palatable to republicans.

It's like the movie Inception but instead of dreams it's braindead liberals spreading misinformation.

Guess it's time to ban their accounts for spreading misinformation.

It's still insane to think they tried to push this through. But I guess that's what fascists do. They fash.

Maybe he will go all the way and declare himself the winner in 2024 regardless of the vote count, Harris can throw all the electoral votes out, and antifa can storm the capitol. Man that'd be sweet.

If you read Thomas' actual dissent, which I doubt you did, he left it quite ambiguous as to whether he concurs with the petitioner's issue.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21-1143_3f14.pdf

The specific quote is:

Petitioners are 16 healthcare workers who served New York communities throughout the COVID–19 pandemic. They object on religious grounds to all available COVID–19 vaccines because they were developed using cell lines derived from aborted children.

That is the passage. No context omitted. This could easily be interpreted to be read that the latter portion - "because they were developed using cell lines derived from aborted children" - was a statement of fact by Thomas.

Problem, partisan?

 The story was that the media misrepresented the context of a portion of CT's dissent. They admitted as much. JS'sH:
